Skullgirls Patch for XBLA Held Back by Size Limitations Skullgirls
Xbox 360 Console Skullgirls fans happen to be left at nighttime following the discharge of the huge Slightly Different Edition patch around the Ps 3 in November. In which the heck’s the Xbox 360 Console version?
Xbox 360 Console Skullgirls fans happen to be left at nighttime following the discharge of the huge Slightly Different Edition patch around the Ps 3 in November. The update, containing a lot of tweaks, fixes, featuring completely revamped the sport for PS3 proprietors — why are Xbox 360 Console proprietors being overlooked?
Based on a tweet around the game’s Japanese Twitter, Microsoft has some difficulties with how big the patch. The tweet reads (converted on my own):
“Sorry! Based on Microsoft’s rules, 4MB may be the maximum to have an update. But Skullgirls’ update is all about 590MB. We have requested to have an exception, but it is pretty hard. We are doing our very best, we promise!”
This is not the very first time Microsoft’s update limitations have place a hamper on the game’s plans for future development. Hopefully they at Lab Zero games can work something out to obtain the patch to Xbox 360 Console Skullgirls players. Otherwise, well.. that’s a reasonably large bummer.
